Level 4/5: Event Achievement Ribbons

Team Awards
1st-5th Banners - minimum of 2 teams entered

Admissions: $6.00 for Adults and $3.00 for children and senoirs. Athletes with USAG card FREE

Entry Deadline
Entry Deadline is January 8, 2010 - payment must accompany entry
Refund for injuries only will be given after January 8th
$10 Late Fee for new or changed entries after January 8th
