REGISTRATION:
Registration takes place at the front desk. When registering you must completely fill out and sign all necessary forms before your child can attend his/her class. Also payment must be made prior to their participation in the class. For your convenience, the necessary forms may be printed from our website.

PRICING:
Membership Fee: This annual fee of $50 per family defrays insurance and administrative expenses. This fee covers your immediate family and is due upon registration of Term I. The fee is prorated throughout the year for any new sign ups after Term I. Fee is non-refundable.
Classes: Each classes fee is determined by class duration and Term. All of our classes can be started at any time during a Term, classes are prorated for the number of weeks left in that term. The Term schedule listed below is primarily for payment purposes. Most of our classes are progressive, so you choose when you want to stop. Please follow the charts below:

PAYMENTS
Payment is required with registration. If your class choice is not available, your money, of course, will be refunded. You may pay either by single term or multiple terms (up to 9). Pay for 3 terms in advance and receive a $12.50 discount off your total, for 6 terms in advance take $25.00 off your total, and when paying the entire year in advance (all 9 terms) you pay no Registration Fee and take 5% off your total. When paying a single term, payment is due by the PAY BEFORE DATE (PBD). A late charge of $5.00 will be added to any tuition not received in our office by the PBD of the term.When paying multiple terms it is your responsibility to track when your payment is due again and pay by the PBD of the next term. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card (visa, mc). Your payment reserves your child’s space in the program whether or not they attend. There is a green drop box on the front desk when paying by check. Please drop your check in the box and your check is your receipt. If paying by cash or credit card you must see the desk clerk.

FAMILY DISCOUNT:
At Dynamite GTC only the most expensive tuition in your immediate family pays full price. All second, third, fourth, etc…..tuitions are discounted 10% each child.

If after your family’s first month of classes you are not entirely happy with our program we will refund you 100% of your tuition fee (reg. fee not included). Note that our money back guarantee is for FIRST TIME families at Dynamite GTC.
