
REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER Registration
takes place at the front desk. When registering you must completely
fill out and sign all necessary forms before your child can attend
his/her class. During summer registration you will choose the weeks that
your child will attend class by checking them on the summer registration
form. Payment must also be made in full prior to their participation
in the class. Registration forms can be found at the front desk
or online. Current students are just required to complete the Summer
Form only. New students must complete our standard registration
forms and also the summer form. Please return all necessary forms
to the front desk.

SUMMER FLEX TERM: JUNE 7th
- AUG. 13TH There
are a total of 10 weeks in our summer flex term. It is your choice which weeks you will be attending during the flex-term. You can choose to attend all 10 weeks or a smaller number of weeks down to 8 weeks. This allows you the flexability
in your vacations and other summer activities.
DROPPING OR MISSING A CLASS There
are no refunds or credits given for dropping a class or skipping
class. Once the summer term is underway you are in the class the
entire term, regardless of attendance, exception for medical reasons
only.
MAKE UP POLICY There are
NO makeups during Term X due to the Flex Schedule which enables
you to choose the weeks that you will be here and those that you
will not.
REGISTRATION FEE This annual
fee of $45 covers your immediate family and is due upon registration
of Term I in August. The fee is pro-rated throughout the year for new sign
ups after Term I. Fee is non-refundable. The Summer schedule is
Term X which pro-rated to $20 for the summer term for new members.
